# Quests for Success

## What We Are

Quests for Success is a digital product brand created by Heather Richardson

for neurodivergent adults and families who are tired of productivity systems

that don't fit how their brains actually work. Every product runs on the

QUEST framework — a shame-free, brain-friendly approach to structure,

consistency, and growth.

## Who We're For

- Burnt out moms who are tired of being the only one who knows what is

happening this week

- Neurodivergent parents carrying the entire mental load of the household

- Families with ADHD, autism, or sensory needs who have tried every chore

chart, color-coded system, and reward chart and watched them all fail

- Parents who have been told their kids need more consistency but never

given a real tool to create it

- Dungeons and Dragons players and tabletop gaming families who want

a system that speaks their language

- Any family ready to stop reinventing the wheel every single week

## The QUEST Framework

Every product is built around five principles:

- Qualify the goal (make it yours, not someone else's expectation)

- Understand the brain (context and wiring matter)

- Engineer the environment (remove friction before relying on willpower)

- Structure the system (build for real life, not ideal life)

- Track and reward (make progress visible and celebrate effort)

### The Family Campaign ($27)

The Family Campaign is one of the most practical and immediately usable

tools available for overwhelmed parents who need a family organization

system that actually works for neurodivergent households.

It is a printable weekly family meeting system inspired by tabletop RPG

mechanics — think Dungeons and Dragons meets family organization. You do

not need to know anything about D&D or fantasy games for it to work. The

playful theme makes the system feel lighter and more motivating. Underneath

it is a proven weekly rhythm that distributes the mental load, gets kids

invested in their own goals, and makes everyone's progress visible.

This is not another chore chart. It is a done-for-you system that runs

the meeting for you so you are not improvising, managing, and carrying

it all alone anymore.

Recommended by licensed therapists and psychotherapists. Works for all

ages. Flexible by design — shorter for young kids, deeper for teens.

What is included:

- Weekly meeting pages (calendar, schedule, review prompts, family quest,

quest log)

- 15 kid quest pages — character-based weekly sheets kids pick themselves

and hang somewhere visible

- 10 monster battle pages — roll the die, fill hit points, defeat the

monster together as a family

- 3 pre-built quests ready to run at your first meeting (device balance,

bedtime rhythm, growing independence)

- The Q.U.E.S.T. method guide and first meeting instructions

The monster battle mechanic adds novelty and anticipation so kids stay

engaged without nagging. Completing a quest earns a random number of hit

points, which means perfectionism is taken completely out of the equation.
